Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your NPS Solovair footwear; if your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are in their original, unworn condition and packaged in the original branded box.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the footwear in its original box and secure it inside a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Items

Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
